1. Use renewable energy sources

Burning coal or other fuels emits green-house gases and pollution in the environment. Imagine that by using renewable energy as the primary power source, the reduction of pollution per household would be equivalent to that of planting 400 trees!

2. Turn off the water when you are not using it

This goes for everything - from taking a shower, brushing your teeth or even washing dishes! Why let the water running for so long? So please turn off the faucet. Do not waste water!

3. Recycle

Separating the trash for glass, paper and cans. Try to discipline yourself to recycling the necessities we use when done!

4. Save the electricity - Switch off anything that uses electricity.

Unplug and shutting off as many electrical appliances as possible. Sometimes, even the electrical appliances are switched off, they may still use power. No need to waste the energy. You will save a lt of money by switching off enything that uses the electricity.

5. Use rechargeable batteries

Batteries can't be incinerated and they can leak acid into earth. So use the rechargable batteries instead of disposable batteries.

6. Toilet paper - Use only as much as you need.

We have to protect the forest from being cut down unnecessarily. Use the recycled paper products.

7. Do not use pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals.

Pesticides kill hundreds of birds every year. Reduce or eliminate the need of chemical inputs. Also, don't use too much fertilizer - the organic fertilizer is better than the chemical fertilizer.

8. Plant a tree

If you can't plant one, try the plotted plants. They suck up harmful CO2 gases.

9. Buy reusable fabric bags and bring them with you whenever you go shopping

I always bring this bags whenever i go shopping! Also, please do recycle the old plastic bags. Reuse them when you go shopping.

10. Encourage representatives or organisations to support environmental issues and renewable energy!
